Lisle is a key member of The Grayson Company Executive Team and as Managing Director, drives many critical elements of the client relationship. Drawing from her extensive experience in retail consulting and advisory services, her insight and discipline offer the ideal combination for overseeing project management, program execution and new business development.
Lisle started her retail career in R.H. Macy & Co.'s renowned training program after receiving her Economics degree from Tufts University. While at Macy's she gained invaluable, hands-on experience in both merchandising and store management.
In 1993, Lisle earned an MBA from Columbia University and then applied her vision and knowledge to the consulting side of retail. During her eight year tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lisle helped retail clients address dozens of retail challenges and, based on her success, built a loyal following.
Striking out on her own, Lisle worked on diverse projects including the U.S. Fund for UNICEF where she completely redesigned and reengineered their cards and products business. Thinking outside the proverbial box, Lisle developed a plan for the U.S. Fund to outsource the business. She defined potential partners, pitched the partnership to the industry leader and ultimately engineered and completed a partnership agreement with the industry leader which is still thriving today.
In 2001, Lisle partnered with Bob Grayson. Lisle's comprehensive understanding of the industry makes her the perfect Grayson team member to manage important research and analytics. Her diverse expertise enables her to effectively support client challenges, advise companies through complex transactions and insure products are delivered as expected. Her years of experience allow Lisle to appreciate the difference, and the competitive edge, that The Grayson Company brings to its clients.
